Young Inclusion in

Kongsvinger region

An increasing number of young people between the ages of 18 and 35 are out of education or work. In our region, this challenge is greater compared to other regions. All six municipalities and NAV want to do something about this. The municipalities in the Kongsvinger region have a goal that more young people have the opportunity to support themselves and participate in society in a good way.

Who are we?

The project's employees are Marianne Grønndahl Pedersen (project manager), Lisbeth Haveråen-Brattås and Outi Jousenkyla (project staff). The working group also consists of Vladislav Meshvez (NAV), Ingjerd Thon Hagaseth (NAV / HiNN) and Mette Sønderskov (HiNN). In addition to several other researchers from Høgskolen i Innlandet, we also have with us Lars Thuesen and Mads Fly-Hansen from Denmark.

Positive deviance / PD (positive deviations)

How are we going to do this?

In the project, we will use an approach called Positive deviance / PD. Learn more about this in 3 minutes:

We need your help in exploring this topic. Through several workshops, we will gain insight and look for where we succeed in the work. You will be able to exchange experiences with others who work with and for children and young people. Together, we will identify solutions that work and develop new methods in the work of preventing and preventing young exclusion in the region.

What can you contribute?

Do you have thoughts and experiences about what works well in your work, in your professional environment and in your workplace? What do you find challenging? Do you have ideas on what can be done better? Do you want more collaboration within the municipality and in the region? Do you have a belief that together you can come up with better solutions that in the long run prevent young exclusion? Do you have a desire to make a difference in this work? Then this is a collaboration you want to be a part of.
