The Kongsvinger region's energy strategy will help us understand the need for energy and develop a region that is good to live in. The energy strategy assumes that the prerequisite for a vibrant region is access to jobs and attractive living environments. The strategy will ensure that industry has good access to renewable energy, with as little interference with nature as possible. Good access to power for industry will mean that we both retain and increase the number of jobs, and that we expand where we need to, given that valuable nature is preserved to the greatest extent possible.
